partners interested in developing their own run/walk event or interested in
our services. Some of our contracted partners since 1989 include

Aztlan Athletics strengths are in bundling customized event
services, at the highest quality in the industry and lowest prices
to our membership:
Includes:
- 1. Customized Bibs & Pins
- 2. Silk-screened t-shirts (50/50 cotton 1 color process on the front). $2.00 per shirt extra for dry-fit & .75 cents for additional colors.
- 3. Artwork development and/or set-up (6 hours of media support).
- 4. 10,000 4x6 postcards (double-sided).
- 5. 3 - 2 x 10 marketing banners (all logos submitted must be ready for print).

- 7. Traffic control equipment
- 8. Runner/Walker directional signage.
- 9. 10 x 10 stage with railing
- 10. Finisher medals for all participants.
- 11. Walk-talkies (4-5).
- 12. Vest & Flags for course volunteers.
- 13. Up-to 15- 10 x 10 canopies, tables, and 50 folding plastic chairs.
- 14. Ongoing consultation by assigned course managers and staging managers.
- 15. Orientation of onsite volunteers.
- 16. Set-up and break-down of all equipment included.
- 17. Customized signage installed above the booths (Registration, Gear Checkin, Late Registration, Volunteer, Information, Water Station, Etc.
- 18. Blow horn & professional PA system with music.
- 19. Truck and loading team.
- 20. Marketing of your event at our existing events.
- 21. On-line registration webpage set-up (customized webpage for event director).
Note: Every additional runner/walker after the 500 threshold is billed at $11.50, which covers items 1-21. Aztlan Athletics has traveled as far as Arizona & Mission Bay in San Diego. We have the ability to transport all these items to a location in another state.
